Description
This RFI has been re-opened to allow industry to review the revised Statement of Work and to allow questions from industry through out the open period. The Revised draft SOW is attached. This is only for questions and answers, therefore entire market survey responses are not requested. Amendment 002 issued 01/14/2016. The purpose of this amendment is to upload all questions and answers to this announcement. The Closing date will remain 01/20/2016, 1:00 PM CST. Amendment 001 issued 01/04/2016. The purpose of this amendment is to request all questions pertaining to this RFI be submitted by 01/08/2016 and to extend the RFI through 01/20/2016 (1:00 PM CST). Once the Q&A has been compiled, a second amendment will be issued to publish that information. MARKET SURVEY/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR AIRMAN CERTIFICATE TESTING SERVICES NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST, CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. THE FAA MAY CONTACT RESPONDENTS TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNICATIONS. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
