Description

Questions and Answers on Solicitation N0018916TN022 Q: What is the size of compressors needed? A: We do not have specific dimensions that the compressor needs to meet, as it will be on the pier where we should have plenty of room Q: Are these units to be Electric vs Diesel? A: Units shall be electric. 460V / 3phase Q: Is there a dew point specification? A: There is no required dew point from the compressor Q: In the solicitation requirements it stated that Grade D breathing air is required. I can provide Class 0 100% Oilfree Air. Can you please check with the engineers and see if that classification can be allowed. Please see attached documentation for Certification. A: While Class 0 Oil Free air is desired, we cannot accept Class 0 Oil Free Air as satisfying the breathing air requirement. There are different requirements in each of those specs.
