Description
The U.S. Army Medical Maintenance Depot at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah (UT), requires a contractor to refurbish various quantities and sizes of Medical Equipment Cases. Refurbishment may include repair, resurfacing, functional testing and general maintenance. The contractor shall be fully responsible for coordination, scheduling, and supervision of all work that needs to be accomplished. All work accomplished to include, but not limited to; repairing, resurfacing, storage of equipment/materials, transporting, and disposal of equipment/materials shall be done in accordance with (IAW) all safety rules and regulations of the local, state, and federal Government. The contractor shall return completed cases in like new condition without degradation of the cases original functional capacity. The US Government requires a single award firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of one twelve (12) months Base Year with 4 twelve (12) months option years for a total of five (5) years. The contractor shall ensure no damage or adjustments are made to effect the functionality of the cases. The Contractor shall be required to refurbish various quantities and case sizes per ordering period. Individual task orders (TOs) will be issued as required throughout the ordering period. Depending on the needs of the US Army, demand for repair may be higher at different periods. The Contractor shall respond to the needs of the US Army.
