- Limited Sources Justification DE-DT0003614 MOD 0027 Limited Sources Justification for Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc.'s Task Order DE-DT0003614 Modification 0027 with the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. The Office of Material Management and Minimization (NA-23) of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) plans to contract for additional Technical Support for Plutonium Disposition Integration Activities services by using an authority for limited sources. The contracting activity is the NNSA Non-M&O Contracting Operations Division, Services Acquisition Branch, Headquarters Program Section. This acquisition action is to modify Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Navarro) Task Order GS-00F0092N/DE-DT0003614 to extend Performance Work Statement (PWS) subtask 4.5 Technical Support for Plutonium Disposition Integration Activities for an additional four (4) weeks. The current task order was competed amongst the Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Technical, Engineering and Programmatic Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders and was awarded to Navarro on April 26, 2012. The current Labor Hour Task Order expires February 26, 2016 and has a current ceiling price of $10,925,945.78. Modification 0027 will extend the period of performance for PWS subtask 4.5 for four weeks to allow time to finalize the follow-on task order. This action will extend the contract performance period from February 26, 2016 to March 25, 2016. The extension is valued at $40,097.44 and will not increase the ceiling price of $10,925,945.78.
