Description

The Government anticipates the extension of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) Integrated Fire Control Product Office, Integrated Fire Control Network (IFCN) Relay Trailer Re-host Effort. This effort will be extended to 31 August 2016. The Government anticipates this effort to be awarded on a sole source basis to Tim Price, Incorporated, DBA, Contact!, 1818 Roberts Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601-6312. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B); however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Tim Price, Incorporated, DBA Contact! is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole developer for the trailer re-host effort. Contact! maintains the knowledge, skilled labor force, and detailed technical data. A technical data package is not available at this time.
