Description

SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System located in Amarillo, TX requires one (1) Depuy Synthes Small Fragment Locking Compression Locking Plate System. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85, effective February 26, 2016. The solicitation number is VA258-16-Q-0243, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is full and open.
