Description
Description of the Program: This effort is to design, test, and produce two types of 20 foot ISO shelters that will support the Next Generation Automatic Test System (NGATS). NGATS is the latest iteration of the Armys organic off-system test capability. NGATS is managed by Product Director Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), aligned under the management of the U.S. Army Project Manager Joint Combat Service Support, which is under the leadership of Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support. NGATS takes advantage of modern commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) test instruments. The NGATS is composed of a maintenance shelter that houses the actual test system and a second shelter that stores the system-specific hardware required to test the systems components. Objective: Under this program, the contractor shall design, test, and produce the NGATS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Shelter and the NGATS Storage Shelter in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. The contractor shall provide for all necessary labor, material (other than GFP/GFM), supplies, facilities, and equipment to perform the requirements of the SOW. This contract is a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, consisting of five (5) one-year Ordering Periods (OP).
