Description

The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure Security Support Services for the Russell Knox Complex located in Quantico, VA. Services will include a full range of security operational responsibilities that are broken into the following four functional areas: 24/7 Security Operations Center responsibilities Visitor Control Center responsibilities Building maintenance escort responsibilities Security Awareness, Training and Education (SATE) tasks Contractor support specialists working under this requirement are REQUIRED TO HAVE Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmental Information clearances. Subject requirement will be processed as an 8(a) set aside. Only current 8(a) vendors may participate in this acquisition effort. It is anticipated that services will start 1 Oct 2016 and will allow for up to four one year options. The NACIS code for this requirement is 561210. A firm fixed price commercial items contract is the expect result of this solicitation effort. When the solicitation is completed, it will be made available electronically and posted to https://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 10 March 2016.
