Description

Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for Mail Mobile Maintenance Service under Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Special Notice for DS-FF61674739 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The DLA, Defense Contracting Services Office (DCSO) at Fort Belvoir has a requirement for regular preventive and on-call maintenance service for mail mobiles and the mail mobile chemical paths. The mail mobiles maintenance service shall be performed at the DLA Headquarter Complex (HQC) Andrew T. McNamara Building, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The Government intends to make a sole source award to Bowe, Bell & Howell LLC, 760 Wolf Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090-6232. The award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The PSC Code is 7490 and the NAICS Code is 339999. The solicitation will not be posted. For any questions please contact Major Xkoshan L. Arnold@ xkoshan.arnold@dla.mil. The Offeror must have an Entity Record in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to participate in this requirement.
