Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Inner Space Systems Corporation, 1711 Midway CT, Centralia WA, 98531 to provide one (1) year maintenance service order. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: Inner Space Systems Corporation (ISC) is the only sole manufacture of the MK 28 Mod0. The MK28 Mod 0 has already been class certified for Navy Diving Service. ISC is the sole provider of the MK 28 Mod 0 and owns all of the intellectual properties for these designs. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407 within one (1 ) year after award. NAICS 526052. FSC R706. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the SAM Database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the SAM website at https:// www.sam.gov.
