Description

The United States Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a sole source modification to Contract W56HZV-14-C-0132 for Systems Technical Support (STS) and Logistics Services to support the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Family of Vehicles (FOV). The Government intends to purchase these services on an other than full and open competition basis from AM General, LLC of South Bend Indiana under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' It is anticipated that a contract modification will be awarded against the current HMMWV STS cost plus fixed fee contract for an additional 30,000 hours, and an eight month contract extension to satisfy agency requirements.
