Description

NSN: 1015-01-521-8201 - Bipod Assembly, Mort being bought in accordance with Ruoff & Sons Inc. (99620) for Part Number 12313205. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is (1) each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB will be at Origin and inspection acceptance will be at Destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/17/2016. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 180 days After Date of Order (ADO). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
