Description

ACH Vendor Payment Form Place of Performance Provision Business Management Questionnaire Specifications CCC-C-436E 2/14/1986 Solicitation Document and Cover Letter CT2205-16 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2205-16 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-1. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210 - Broadwoven fabric mills, the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with two (2) options for the following commercial item: Fabric, twill, cotton, white/blue, ticking 43 inches wide for use in the manufacture of bedding mattresses. The finished goods are for sale to the General Services Administration (GSA) and other federal government agencies.
