NSN 1680014841136; Unrestricted; GPS AMPLIFIER AIRCRAFT; The requirement is for 6 each. Configuration Control, Critical Application applies. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; FOB Destination; Requested Delivery 335 DARO; Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Northrup Grumman (26512). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; this is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302) regulation applies. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is March 18, 2016.
