Description

NSN Attachment The solicitation will be issued on or about 3/18/16 The U.S. Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the duration of a base period of three (3) years with coverage for DLA Direct requirements in the Continental United States (CONUS), and military customers Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The solicitation is for DLA managed items. As prescribed in FAR 16.203, the solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustments (EPA) for procurement of items found on a Qualified Product List (QPL) referenced to 159 National Stock Numbers (NSNs). These items will be solicited using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 procedures. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement, under "Full and Open Competition after Exclusions of Sources" in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2 -- Total Small Business Set-Asides. The statutory authority permitting this is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The supplies that are being procured are listed in SPE7LX16R0034 Synopsis NSN Attachment.
