- This is an announcement by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of Program Executive Office for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T), Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR). PM TR hereby advises potential and current Tactical Radio vendors of the availability of Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) related documentation. The documents are: 1. MIL-C-28883A "Military Specification for the Advanced Narrowband Digital Voice Terminal (ANDVT)" 2. CSESD-14: Communication Security Equipment System Document for TSEC/KY-57/58 (classified) The documentation may be provided to each authorized vendor. Any vendor requesting classified documentation will be provided the information on a Compact Disk (CD) upon Government confirmation of clearance and approval of a need to know. The CDs will be sent to the contractor's approved address for receipt of classified information via approved Department of Defense (DoD) methods. The POC for all requests will be the Contract Specialist, Michael Gomes at michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil. All recipients of the classified artifact CD shall agree to return the CD as well as any/all copies of the Data contained on the CD in the vendor's possession as agreed between the vendor and the Government.
