Combiner_Divider Technical Specification AFMC FORM 807 - QA/Inspection Inquirements DD Form 1653 - Transportation Data AFMC FORM 158 - Packaging Requirements Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, number FA8523-16-Q-0002, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86, effective 1 Feb 2016. (iv) This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334419 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Any small business distributors must supply the item of another small business manufacturer IAW FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. (v) Item No : 0001, Noun : A2PAT RF Combiner/Divider, 20 EA IAW attached A2PATs Combiner/Divider Specification. (vi) Description: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility (EWAISF), has a requirement to purchase 20 Each 2-way power dividers in support of the A2PATS simulator. Power dividers are an RF microwave device that divides single input signal power equally between two output ports. The units are bi-directional and can also be used as power combiners. (vii) Required delivery is 3 months after receipt of contract; The Ship To address is: FY2266, 577 SMXS FLT H DCGS, Building 229, 280 Byron St., Robins AFB, GA 31098-1610, M/F Robert Usher.
