Description

FLOW CYTOMETER The supply/service rendered here under shall consist of activation piece of diagnostic equipment for the Pathology & Laboratory Medical Service Line. This apparatus and accessories aid in the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia's and lymphomas and are capable of analyzing blood, bone marrow, lymph node and fluids. This apparatus and accessories are to be used at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119, per Statement of Work dated March 3, 2016. Responses are due no later than Wednesday, March 9, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. CST. Instruction to Offerors Guidance: This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the government to a particular acquisition approach. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement to payment or direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses or the Government's use of such information. This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION After review of the above information, interested parties may submit a response in an electronic format only (via email) to Leslie Robinson, Contract Specialist leslie.robinson@va.gov. Respondents should include as part of their submission: a.Indicate whether or not you can support the procurement requirement based on the items identified in the Statement of Work; b.Any questions that you have reference this Sources Sought Notice; c.Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address; d.Socioeconomic status/Business Size (Other Than Small Business, Small Business, etc.); and e.Provide DUNS number, CAGE code, and indicate whether or not you are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (Website: www.sam.gov). (Registration in SAM is a requirement to do business with the Federal Government).
