Description

Combine Synopsis W91YTZ-16-T-0028 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), Army Health Contracting Activity (Provisional), US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for two (2) Roche Cobas 6000 Chemistry Immunoassay Analyzer or Equal equipment to be located at the main laboratory of the Ireland Army Community Hospital, Building 851, Laboratory, P floor, Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121. The proposal shall include all equipment operations and training requirements, delivery, installation, validation, all calibrators/standards, reagents/reagent packs, quality control materials and any other consumable supplies necessary to perform essential patient assays as well as call/onsite schedule and unscheduled maintenance services and analyzer removal at the termination of the BPA.
