Description

Statement of Work SF-18 Form Solicitation N00421-16-T-0184 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Battelle for Government Steering Group(GSG) membership renewals, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Colleen Ringler colleen.ringler@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern, 08-Mar-2016. It is the Government's final decision to consider offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. All other information is in the attached RFQ.
