- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:New York City:New York Delineated Area: East: Boston Road to Eastchester Road to East Gun Hill Road North: East 222nd Street to Boston Road West: White Plains Road to East 222nd Street South: East Gun Hill Road to Burke Avenue to White Plains Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,908 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):10,952 Space Type:Office Lease Term:10 years, 5 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space must be in a contiguous block of space. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred but not required. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.secure.force.com/AAAP, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-REG2. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website (https://aaap.gsa.gov), select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the Open Period. The next Open Period is April 1, 2016 to April 7, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-REG2 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
