- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562213 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside. The requirement is as follows: Base Year: April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017 Line Item #001: Off-site Incinerator Facility for Narcotics Destruction (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND PRICE LISTING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION). Option Period #1: April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018 Line Item #002: Off-site Incinerator Facility for Narcotics Destruction (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT AND PRICE LISTING OF WORK FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) Option Period #2: April 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019 Line Item #003: Off-site Incinerator Facility for Narcotics Destruction (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND PRICE LISTING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) Option Period #3: April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020 Line Item #004: Off-site Incinerator Facility for Narcotics Destruction (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND PRICE LISTING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) Option Period #4: April 1, 2020 - March 31, 2021 Line Item #005: Off-site Incinerator Facility for Narcotics Destruction (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND PRICE LISTING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) Bid must be good for 90 calendar days after close of solicitation.
