- Solicitation Number: AG-SPEC-S-16-0013 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office located in Stillwater, OK intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The work will consist of placing riprap on the four corners of a bridge located in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The major items of work consist of mobilization/demobilization, rock riprap installed, bedding installed, and crushed rock installed. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for the projects is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standards for this NAICS is $36.5M. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 27 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-aside. The full solicitation package including specifications and drawings will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities website on or around March 18, 2016.
