PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO FIND PARKING. The Military Family Support Center is located off-base directly behind the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. There is parking around the center, however, DO NOT park in reserved stalls. Map of the preproposal conference site can be provided upon request. The Government will not be liable for expenses incurred by an offeror prior to contract award. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE QUESTIONS: Offerors are cautioned that remarks and explanations provided at the conference shall not change the terms of this solicitation unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
