Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation, set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) for Bathroom Air Freshening Services for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System comprised of the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center in Leavenworth, KS and the Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center in Topeka, KS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561720 and the Business Size Standard is $18 million. The solicitation number is RFQ VA255-16-Q-0246. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) option years. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. To be considered an SDVOSB, offerors must be registered as such in Vetbiz (www.vetbiz.gov). All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about March 18, 2016. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be on March 22, 2016 at 5 pm.
