- SYNOPSIS Replace Windows at USCG ANT Bristol in Bristol, RI Solicitation: HSCGG1-16-B-PRV078 Project Serial Number (PSN): 2511712 The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit - Providence, has a construction requirement to Replace Windows at USCG ANT Bristol in Bristol, RI. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 5, 14, and 19. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The small business size standards for this NAICS code (238350, Finish Carpentry Contractors) is $15M. PSC - Z2AZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. Performance period is 140 days (30 days on-site construction). The Government intends to invite bids on or around 21 March 2016. Expected bid due date: 21 April 2016. A bid guarantee will be required in the amount of 20% of the total bid. Payment and performance bonds will be required from the awardee in the amount of 100% of the total award (payment bond only for award less than $150,000). Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This is an FY16 project, and is subject to the availability of funds. Award will not be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on this website (FBO.gov). Bidders are required to acknowledge with their bid any and all amendments.
