Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 11, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to solicit offers for supply blood, blood components, and services to be delivered FOB Destination to the VA Illiana Health Care System (IHCS), 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832. This is a full and open competition procurement that will be conducted using FAR part 13.5 procedures. NAICS code: 621991. The basis of award will be LPTA. The solicitation will be made available on or about 3/7/2016 and the solicitation is anticipated to close on 3/15/2016. The requirements being solicited are: The Contractor shall supply blood, blood components, and services to the VA Illiana Health Care System (IHCS), 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832, The Contractor shall meet the whole blood, red blood cells, and other component needs of the medical center consistent with adequate supply from voluntary donations.
