Attachments to Section C, SOW On-site Terms SOW Reps Certs Construction Terms Certification Section M Schedule Small Business Plan WDL Section A Section B Section L #1 Section L #2 Section L Section K Section J Section C Section F Section G Section H Cover Letter This is a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed subcontract for the delivery of the SLAC Photon Science Laboratory Building Fit Out project by a Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) All of the requirements which the successful Offeror must meet concerning this project are set forth in detail in the solicitation Documents included with this Request for Proposal. Upon the receipt of Technical and Cost Proposals and the selection of a successful Offeror, SLAC will execute a CM/GC construction contract. Offers will only be accepted from the following prequalified firms. Proposals are due March 28, 2016. -BNBuilders, Redwood city CA -Clark Construction Group, Oakland CA -Gordon Prill, Sunnyvale CA -McCarthy Building Companies, San Francisco CA -Rudolf & Sletten, Redwood City, CA Interested subcontractors should contact the firms directly.
