- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue Solicitation No. CC16HQR0009 for Aperture Maintenance and Support Services. These services include technical support for the Aperture Desktop Client and Aperture View Portal applications and software, programming and data management on a dedicated Structured Query Language, or SQL, server, and network resources for the OCC's Workplace Services unit. The Contractor shall provide on-going professional consulting and computer programming services that support computer aided facility management services. The Contractor must be a certified an Aperture Business Partner. The NAICS code will be 541512, size standard is $27.5 million. The Product Service Code is R425. The procurement will not be set-aside for small businesses. The resultant contract will be a labor hour contract. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about March 10, 2016, and the anticipated closing date will be on or about March 18, 2016. Interested firms may view and/or download the solicitation and any amendments only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. It is the prospective Offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website for changes to this notice, announcements, or amendments to the solicitation. Interested firms are advised to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF INFORMING INDUSTRY THAT THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON OR ABOUT MARCH 11, 2016. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. QUOTATIONS SUBMITTED AS A RESULT OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
