- This is a Single Source Justification that provides the basis for this award to be Sole Source. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to Clear-Com LLC. Clear-Com will be providing an expansion of an existing Intercom Digital Matrix Frame manufactured by them that is already in place. The contractor is to provide 1 Spare PSU for both an Eclipse Median and Eclipse-HX Median frames, 1 Eclipse-HX Median IP card, 1 Eclipse Median to Eclipse HX-Median upgrade kit(requires on-site installation), and a 2 year warranty extension. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 11 Mar 2016. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 10 Mar 2016 at 1 pm, Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 10 Mar 2016 at 1 PM, Mountain Standard Time.
