Solicitation will request pricing for the quantities listed above. Terms and conditions: Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB - Destination; and delivery schedule - 180 days ARO. This solicitation for four NSNs is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. These items are not used in the commercial sector. The issue date on or around 03/30/2016. The closing date is on or around 04/30/2016. 3:00 PM, EST. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
