Description

The Contractor shall provide Installation and Installation Support of SSP Alteration (SPALT) 30338, Attack Weapon Control System (AWCS) Refresh as defined in OD 63763, Program Plan for the AWCS Refresh. and the T9001 B checklist dated September 9, 2015, Fire Control Type Production Phase. In support of this effort, the contractor shall provide the following: A. Installation Working Group The contractor shall support the Installation Working Group (IWG) for Increment 6, which shall include support to fleet planning and scheduling meetings; B. SPALT Documentation L Provide SPALT Documentation Updates C. SPALT Installations I. Install and test SPALT 30338 in two (2) TTF Land Based locations (TTF-B, TTF KB) 2. Install and test SPALT 30338 in four (4) SSGNs (CDRL B009). Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield MA. GDAIS is the sole source supplier of SSGN Attack Weapons Control System (AWCS) and the only source with the in-depth knowledge and capability to perform the required effort.
