DESCRIPTION: SEE BELOW The subject requirement is for the acquisition of two NSN's, CLIN 0001 Part Number 4460-101 cage 62713, CLIN 0002 Part Number 4461-101 cage 62713. The FSC of this requirement is 6135. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for three years with two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition with other than full & open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about 25 March, 2016 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
