- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), International Contracts Branch, Atlanta, GA, intends to award, on a sole source basis, firm fixed-price purchase order to Northgate Arinso, Inc., Norcross, GA for the purchase of CAJE Software License. This requirement is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposals. The vendor is the only manufacturer whose product is approved by the FDA for treatment of leishmaniasis patients in the U.S. and no other source will meet the needs of the Government. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability when responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS Code is 511210. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Information furnished shall include enough detailed information to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results. Responses by Facsimile (Fax) will not be accepted. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) prior to award date. Inquiries or proposals received more than 10 days after the date of this announcement will not be considered. Inquiries may be sent to the attention of the Contract Specialist, E.
