- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Key Largo Delineated Area: South: Mile Marker 90/ North Mile Marker 110 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 200 linear feet of boat dock space (15’ wide), adjacent 2,700 square feet of yard space and a 20’ x 8’ storage container Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Boat Dock and yard space Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: N/A Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies dock and related space in a wharf under lease in Key Largo, FL, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and non-productive agency downtime.
