- Position Titles National Staff Compensation Table (Tucson) National Staff Compensation Table (Phoenix) Solicitation The Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL ETA), anticipates issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for Job Corps Outreach/Admissions in the state of Arizona. This is an 8(a) small business set-aside procurement. Job Corps is a national residential and non-residential training and employment program administered by the United States Department of Labor to address multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth, ages 16-24 years, throughout the United States. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee type contract. The contract will have a 2-year base period plus three (3) governmental unilateral renewal options for one (1) year each. The successful offeror will provide outreach and admissions for 1056 arrivals annually from the state of Arizona. The successful offeror shall provide Outreach and Admissions to ensure the arrival and retention of a minimum number of students into the Job Corps program annually for resident male students, resident female students, and non-resident male and female students. The contractor will provide students for two Arizona Job Corps Centers (Fred G. Acosta and Phoenix) as well as a small number of students for centers outside Arizona.
