- NOI_RadFlouro Repair Parts Corrective Maintenance The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) with General Electric Company dba GE, 3000 N. Grandview Blvd Waukesha, WI 53188-1615, as the only responsible source that is capable of providing OEM repair parts of one (1) GE Precision 500D Radiographic/Fluoroscopic unit. The USNS Mercy has a need for repair parts and corrective repair of one (1) GE Precision 500D Radiographic/Fluoroscopic unit. This requirement is to provide repair parts and corrective repair of one (1) GE Precision 500D Radiographic/Fluoroscopic unit. Corrective Maintenance shall include complete inspection, calibration, testing, and scheduled parts replacements of the following equipment in accordance with OEM recommended maintenance standards Repair shall include complete, installation inspection, calibration, testing, utilizing OEM repair parts and OEM Level 3 - GE Vascular Engineer Field certified technicians. Items being purchased in this acquisition: Repair parts and corrective repair of one (1) GE Precision 500D Radiographic/Fluoroscopic unit. on board USNS COMFORT (TAH-20) to include a GE II Power Supply and GE OTS Longitudinal Feedback Assembly This contract is estimated at $28,240.99. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System 339114 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties that believe they are capable of meeting the requirement stated herein may submit technical data sufficient to determine that capability. All capability statements received by the close of this notification will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based on the above information, the only technically acceptable contractor for providing repair parts and corrective repair of one (1) (GE Precision 500D Radiographic/Fluoroscopic unit is GE, 3000 N. Grandview Blvd, Waukesha, WI, 53188. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS word or Adobe PDF attachment to Rebecca.C.Wisner.@mail.mil.
