Source selection procedures as prescribed in FAR Part 15 and FAR supplements thereto will be followed. The resultant contract is contemplated to be a stand-alone "C" contract with a firm-fixed price (FFP) pricing arrangement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Acquisition is 562910 (750 employees). This requirement will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Please note the following due date: Proposal Due Date: 2:00 PM CT on 7 April 2016 DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK / LOCATION OF WORK: The purpose of this work is to perform sampling and analysis of both nitrates and arsenic, and the operations and maintenance of monitoring equipment for Luke AFB, Arizona in support of the Safe Drinking Water Act. Please reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attachments posted to FEDBIZOPPS. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Any amendments to the RFP (if required) will be posted in FedBizOpps.
