- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Central Business District of New Britain, CT Delineated Area: West: From the intersection of Grand St and Prospect St in South, go northward on Prospect St to the intersection of Walnut St. Continuing westward on Walnut St to the intersection of S. High St. Go northward on S. High St to the intersection of W. Main St. Go eastward on W. Main St to the intersection of Washington St. Go northward on Washington St to the intersection of Broad St. North : From the intersection of Washington St and Broad St, go eastward on Broad St to the intersection of Beaver St. At this intersection, Broad St becomes Main St. Continue eastward on Main St to the intersection of North St. Go eastward on North St to the intersection of Clark St. Continue southward on Clark St. Follow Clark St to the sharp corner where it becomes Winter St. Continue southward along property lines to CT Fast Track Bus Station. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •6) Estimated rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate and whether the rate if offered on a fully serviced, NNN or modified gross basis. If the rate is not offered on a fully serviced basis, the offeror shall provide estimated additional net terms to bring the rent up to a fully serviced equivalent. •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
