- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:MN City:St. Louis Park, MN Delineated Area:Within the following delineated area: NORTH: Hwy 55 SOUTH: Hwy 3 - Excelsior Boulevard EAST: Hwy 100 WEST: Hwy 169 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):22,776 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):On-site in accordance with local codes Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well-maintained. Offered space must be located within ¼ mile of public transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless determined to be the only practicable alternative.
