Description

Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity for Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) Theater Medical Information Program- Joint (TMIP-J) Integration, Operation and Sustainment Information Technology Services. This award provides for services, materials, and equipment to continue integration activities associated with Theater Medical Information Program-Joint (TMIP-J) Increment 2 designs for full cycle and out of cycle releases, implementation of Increment 2 design, migration of applications and updates from Increment 2 Release 1 (formerly Block 2 Release 1 Service Pack 2 (B2R1 SP2)) to Increment 2 Release 3 (I2R3), and to provide maintenance and sustainment of Increment 2 releases. The modification would extend services currently being performed at the same level of effort and with the same tasking as is currently being performed for two (2) months.
