Description

DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK Install Phenolic Foam Insulation I.GENERAL REQUIREMENT Install Phenolic Foam Insulation on supply and Return Lines. Additionally, Install Phenolic Foam Insulation surrounds on primary pumps. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision transportation, personnel and all other resources required to re-insulate chilled water pump supply and return piping with Phenolic type insulation and wrap in PVC.020 PVC jacketing. Also contractor shalll furnish material and labor as required to remove existing insulation from secondary chilled water pump supplies and return lines from pumps to tank bypass, remove and reinsulate primary pumps with split case surrounds which allows access to pumps. Insulation shall be phenolic foam type insulation. Install.020 PVC Jacketing on secondary lines after phenolic installation Interested companies shall submit statements of capabilities electronically to jarvis.washington@va.gov no later than Friday March 11, 2016 @ 10:00 a.m. CST. Also firms shall provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the referenced NACIS code that fall within.
