Description

Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor who on a weekly basis can provide and deliver 1500 lbs. of dry ice to three separate locations in the College Park/Laurel Maryland areas. The potential vendor must complete the chart contained in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and submit the chart with their quotation. This notice is Full and Open Competition
