This amendment hereby provides the fourth set of vendor clarification questions, 49 through 396, and responses as attached. However, this set does not contain all questions and answers (49 through 396) as there are gaps. Responses to questions will be provided on a rolling basis as expeditiously as possible. This amendment hereby makes changes to the RFP. Some of those changes are as a result of the clarification questions and are as indicated in the attached Questions and Answers. The shade method has been used to identify the lines of text/data that has changed. Some pages are being replaced due to a shift in text only and may not reflect shading on those pages which do not have changes.
