- Solicitation SPE4A6-16-R-0383, NSN 6695-00-081-0459, is being issued with two approved sources, G.W. Lisk Co., Inc., CAGE 81983, and Lockheed Martin Corp., CAGE 98897. "If you wish to be evaluated for addition to the approved source list for this item, you will need to submit a Source Approval Package (SAR) of the source of your manufacturing to DSCR for technical review and evaluation since this item has approved sources of G. W. Lisk Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp. To determine the mandatory requirements to submit for Category I-III parts, the offeror must go to this website: http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf When this SAR package is received it will be forwarded to the Technical branch to review whether addition is possible to the Item Description for this item.
