This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Fargo VA Medical Center requires perform off-site Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Housing and Counseling Services for the Fargo VA Medical System located in Grand Forks, ND. The information in this notice is based on the most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities homepage (www.fbo.gov). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) around the April of 2016 timeframe for the acquisition of off-site Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Housing and Counseling Services for the Fargo VA Medical System located in Grand Forks, ND. The estimated contract period including all option years is May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2021. The NAICS code for this requirement is 624221 (Temporary Shelters). The Small Business Size Standard is $11,000,000. This solicitation will be issued for Full and Open Competition with an evaluation factor for SDVOSB/VOSB Considerations. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, will be issuing a solicitation to compete for a contract to perform off-site Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Housing and Counseling Services for the Fargo VA Medical System located in Grand Forks, ND.
