- Description
- This is only a synopsis; the solicitation will follow. Ellsworth AFB, SD has a requirement for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). The government intends to award a single award firm fixed price contract using FAR Part 12 and 15 Procedures for a base year period beginning on or around 1 October, 2016 to 30 September, 2017 with four option years to follow. The government intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for a COCESS in Ellsworth AFB, SD. Foreign participation is not permitted. An award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. This is a 100% Small Business Set aside acquisition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190. This acquisition will be set aside for small businesses under the NAICS Code 444190; any Small businesses under this NAICS Code may submit a proposal, after this acquisition is solicited, that will be considered by 28th Contracting Office Ellsworth AFB, SD. The solicitation number for this acquisition will be FA4690-16-R-0004; the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 4 April 2016. Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive an award for this procurement. The website for SAM is http: //www.Sam.gov. The Government is NOT seeking proposals at this time and WILL NOT consider any proposals submitted until after the solicitation is posted.
