- THIS POSTING IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This is NOT a request for quotations, nor is it a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list or an announcement of a solicitation. This Market Survey/Sources Sought is seeking interested businesses for competitive consideration. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting a market survey to determine the sizes and types of businesses available for a shuttle bus transportation contract for the 2016 Offutt "Defenders of Freedom" Airshow. This requirement calls for 40 buses and bus drivers that can carry 44-53 passengers from the hours of 0845-1800 on Saturday, 30 July 2016 and, Sunday, 31 July 2016. Prospective firms should notify this office of their interest in this notice by submitting a Capabilities Statement which should include their company size and provide descriptive literature or other documentation, in addition to the following information: (1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or, if you are a small business, a self-certification; (2) If you are a Section 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB firm considering a joint venture, you will need to provide proof that this consideration has been forwarded to the appropriate SBA office for approval; (3) Proof of experience and capability. The NAICS Code is 485510 with an SBA Size Standard of $15M. Responses shall be limited to two (2) pages in length and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail addressed to david.brady.7@us.af.mil. Please note this is NOT a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for quote or proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. Submissions must be received no later than than Wednesday, 23 March 2016 at 12 PM CST. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this Market Survey/Sources Sought nor return the data provided. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
