- RFQ DETAILS DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase: Two "Key Watcher Illuminated" systems with 48 Individually Locking Slots. Items being requested shall be brand name or equivalent. See attached RFQ package for details. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. HOW TO RESPOND: This request is for quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns. In order to compete for this project, interested parties must demonstrate that they are qualified to supply the item by providing a technical and pricing quote (request 20 pages or less if at all possible) by March 16, 2016 at 11:00 am EST. Offeror's must submit quotes to Samantha Harrell by electronic transmissions to Samantha.d.harrell2@uscg.mil. The reference number HSCGG8-16-Q-PWA065 must be included in the subject line. EVALUATION PROCESS: LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE AN AWARD WILL BE MADE. IF IT IS FOUND UNACCEPTABLE THE NEXT LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by e-mail. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries must include the RFQ/Ref number in the subject line, your full name, organization name, address, phone and fax numbers, and must be received by 3/16/2016 at 11am EST.
