- Answers to questions received on the Draft RFP as of 23 Dec 2015 J5 - DD254 for bidding purposes only Exhibit A - CDRLs for bidding purposes only P8 - Fully Burdened Labor Rates P6 - CLIN Breakout P5 - Past Performance Questionaire P4 - Past Performance Matrix Request for Proposal - N00421-16-R-0005 Naval Air Systems Command (AIR 2.5.1.10) Patuxent River, MD hereby announces their intentions to procure services on behalf of the Air Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Program Office (PMA-264). PMA-264 has a requirement to acquire program management, business financial management, logistics and fleet support, operations, and administrative contract support services to assist with the execution of duties for meeting its mission. PMA-264 is organizationally aligned to the Program Executive Office, Air ASW Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)). PMA-264, by direction from PEO(A), is the centralized executive agent for overall management, budget and integration of all program efforts involving existing and emerging Air ASW search and localization systems, subsystems, and sensors. THIS IS THE FINAL COPY OF THE SOLICITATION AND IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a size standard of $35.5M. This requirement has been performed by RBC, Inc., a Small Business under contract N00178-05-D-4520 Task Order M802. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. Only electronic media responses to this announcement will be entertained at this time and must be received no later than 18 March 2016.
